Kurt Janavitz recently joined Proxicom as director in the services vertical, specializing in the development of e-business solutions for health care providers, insurers, and suppliers. His focus will be in business development, project management and thought leadership. Kurt resides in Chicago with his wife, Kari Janavitz.

It has been a hectic few years for Steven Sibulkin. He left Boston and e-strategy firm Mainspring, where he launched and ran the Online Retail practice, to start his own company called GivingZone.com (cause-related market business). In 1999, Carlson Companies in Minnesota acquired GivingZone.com, where he is spending a year helping to guide the strategy and partnership for the e-commerce effort. In December, Steven and Ann will be moving to New York City and starting up again.

Conrad Styczen has left PricewaterhouseCoopers in March and joined Zefer, an Internet strategy-consulting firm that has grown from 50 to 850 people in the past 18 months. He serves as the new ventures director for the Central Region which means that he gets to work with the area¹s start-ups and VC¹s to help build new business.
