Todd and Linda Zarin are the proud parents of a new baby boy, Ilan Lucas Zarin, born July 20. Ilan, Dad, Mom, brother Ari and sister Gavi are all doing fine (tired, but fine!). Todd is an attorney at New York¹s Weil, Gotschal & Manges LLP, representing activist investors and doing general corporate transactional work as well.

After working as senior vice president of corporate development at Payless ShoeSource, Steve Frazier left Payless last fall to go to Amazon.com in Seattle. In January, Steve moved to England to accept a job as U.K. country manager for Amazon¹s U.K. Web site, Amazon.co.uk. Steve is working at Internet speed to build a great online business in the U.K., while his family (wife, Liz, and two kids, Jonathon and Rosalie) has quickly adjusted to life in the U.K. (though they had to leave an iguana and two dogs in the U.S.) Check them out at www.amazon.co.uk.Steve went skiing in Vail last April with Phil Hildebrandt and Scott Mordell. Phil is VP marketing at a money management firm in Chicago and Scott is COO at Arlington Racetrack in Arlington Hts., Ill.
