Walt Childson is now a grandfather to a healthy little girl named Mariposa (Spanish for butterfly) who was born in Albuquerque, N.M., on June 13 and is now residing in Salida, Colo. Waltıs daughter received an additional degree in Alternative Medicine and is practicing in Salida (cheap plug: contact Lynn Childson for what ails you). Walt has also moved into a new home (and a new headache it seems).

John A. Dore has just joined and been elected co-chairman and CEO of American Country Holdup Inc., a NASDAQ listed insurance holding company.

Kevin Sherman came back for the homecoming game against Purdue. He continues at Doughty Hanson, an investment firm, and is travelling frequently to the U.K.

Dan Chapman also was at the game. He is a practicing attorney with his law firm, Chapman & Flanagan, Ltd., in Las Vegas.

Blythe McGarvie was at the homecoming game as well. She continues at BIC (as in pens, lighters and shavers) as the chief financial officer based in Paris. Next year, she will be spending more time in New York City since BIC is opening an office on Fifth Avenue to support the chairman.
