Jonathan Leepson has been promoted to vice president of customer experience at Cox Communications. In his new role, Jonathan will serve as the customer advocate and partner cross-functionally to drive customer-centric change throughout the organization. He will also lead efforts to measure and improve customer loyalty, helping Cox improve the overall customer experience. He will relocate from Maine to Atlanta with his wife Janet and two daughters, Nettie and Daisy.
