Kelly Winters met up with fellow Bucketheads at a recent event in San Francisco. The Kellogg Bay Area alumni group hosted an event that Winters, Clara Lee '09 and Roger Tsai '07 attended. All three were Buckethead CIM leaders for their respective classes.

Michael Teplitsky married Marissa Poll on March 31 in Chicago. The celebration included many Kellogg alumni and current students, including Stephen Carlson, Jacqui Hawwa, Jennifer Leemis, Jennifer Lin, Kevin Mole, Jose Pluto, Dan Roiter, Justin Ward, and Michael's mother, Kellogg Lecturer Helen Teplitskaia '00. The highlights of the wedding weekend included a Michael Jackson medley performance by the Chicago Children's Choir, a Chicago-based nonprofit where Michael is an Ambassadors Board member. Also a vice president at Wynnchurch Capital, Michael was recognized by Oil and Gas Investor magazine for founding Young Professionals in Energy, a non-profit energy industry organization that has grown to over 25,000 global members.

Cari Carpenter, Clement Kilembe, Dave Holman, Sarah Korah, Erin Lin, Iris Yen and her husband, George Ju, Monica Pelayo TMP '08, and Joe Kim TMP '08 celebrated with Annie Moon when she married Jason Henry in August 2012. Wines and good times overflowed at their New Jersey vineyard wedding.

Christine (Weigman) Grand and Eric Grand welcomed the arrival of their son, Owen Rudolph Grand, on October 18 in Shanghai.

Shane McBride was selected to be part of the Massachusetts Prostate Cancer Screening Clinical Guideline Panel. The panel developed a statewide evidence-based recommendation for the screening of prostate cancer.

Diane Gojkovic and Michael Botello tied the knot in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in Chicago, Ill., on September 22, 2012, surrounded by family, friends and about 30 Kellogg classmates. Diane and Mike first met at a jukebox during CIM whirlyball, debating the best hard rock bands of the 80s, and the rest is history. After honeymooning in Turks and Caicos, the couple is back in Chicago enjoying married life.

After nearly four years in New York City, Geoff Thiessen and Robin (Hougum) Thiessen '09 have moved to the D.C. area. Robin will begin a product management role at AOL while Geoff will continue working at Capital One.

On June 2, 2012, James Rich and Nadine Arotin were married in Chicago, Ill. Their closest friends from Kellogg surrounded them for the occasion.

Amit Singh and Estelle Mangeney received a beautiful Memorial Day surprise: the birth of their daughter, Hanna Clemence Singh, ahead of schedule. The parents and Hannah's elder brother, Luca, couldn't be happier to have a little angel in their home.

In early February, Anita Pardasani celebrated her wedding in Maui, Hawaii. More than 15 Kellogg alums and their significant others joined the bride and groom for four days of Indian wedding celebrations and a mini-reunion in paradise! Kellogg alums in attendance included: Gita Gidwani, Rupal Patel, Tamsyn Pequet, Reena Patel, Marissa Gomes, Tom Coenen, Marisa Gottlieb, Amy Helenbrook, Ann Stockman, Sonya Kang, John Lee '07 and Lyndsi Lee, Justin Kessler '04, and Neil Pardasani '03.

Samar Singh and Rajdeep Chimni got married in India on March 31, 2012. They were joined by 15 Kellogg alumni who took to dancing on the tables by the wee hours of the morning. The happily married couple is now looking to take their jobs virtual and travel the world for a while.

Kellogg alumni represented well at the 2012 Product of the Year Awards night in NYC. Marissa Gomes won for her new product launch of Milk-Bone Minis, and Eric Epstein won for his launch of Snickers Peanut Butter Squared.
