Bill Chamberlin just celebrated his 32nd year at IBM. For the last four years, he has been helping develop and implement a social media marketing process throughout the company as part of a small internal consulting team. The team performs social media analytics and insights research, and runs workshops to help IBM marketing and brand executives develop better social and digital marketing strategies. In addition, he continues to lead a 2,200-member internal IBM foresight community called HorizonWatch that collaborates on emerging technology trend topics. Externally, he does custom secondary research and can be reached at www.billchamberlin.com.

Joe Meyer left Eli Lilly to become head of global sales, marketing and customer service for a private equity-owned, $200 million life science business in November 2011. He is still based in Indianapolis, but travels frequently across Europe and the U.S. to help grow the business.
