Jaideep Bajaj has been elected chairman of the ZS Associates' board of directors. Bajaj has been with ZS Associates since 1986, and served as a member of the company's board since 2003. In his new role as chairman, he will represent shareholder interests by shaping long-term strategy and innovation for client services, and by guiding firm investment in new offerings, industries and markets.
Wendy Berger Shapiro, president of WBS Equities LLC, is pleased to announce the completion of a new build-to-suit produce distribution facility for Testa Produce Inc. The 91,300-square-foot facility, located in the heart of Chicago's Stockyards Industrial Corridor, is the first freezer/cooler building in the United States to be Certified LEED® Platinum by the U.S. Green Building Council. Wendy also is co-founder of Green Bean Chicago, a website that reviews and chronicles LEED®-Certified and green buildings in the Chicagoland area.
