Eight "old boys" — Taketsugu Harada, Yoshimi Inaba, Kensuke Yoshioka, Tetsuo Onuma, Mitsuhiro Shibata, Takehiko Noda, Shuji Kubota and Motoharu Usuki — got together in March 2012 at the Roppongi Hills Club in Tokyo. The meeting was held on the temporary return of "Yoshi" Inaba, chairman and CEO of Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. Inc., to Tokyo on business. Some of the friends were completely retired and enjoying their hobbies, and others were still working as executive directors and senior advisors at financial institutions and manufacturing companies. Everyone there wished that Kellogg would continue to be one of the best business schools in the world.
