In June,
the NU Alumni Club hosted an evening of food, art and discussion
at the Uruguayan embassy and invited all interested Kellogg
Alumni Club members. The evening began with a sampling of
Uruguayan wines and cheese followed by a multimedia discussion
about Uruguayan culture, business interests, and other topics.
After the talk, traditional Uruguayan dishes including empanadas,
milanesas and masitas were served. The event took place in
the Embassy’s art gallery featuring works by Uruguayan
