Boston
KAC–Boston
has been active with several recent events. In March we welcomed
the BioTech Venture class to Boston with a mixer at John Harvard’s
Brew House in Cambridge.
March
also saw a huge St. Patty’s Day celebration with other
business school alumni clubs at Jimmy O’Keefe’s.
Cheers to John Ryan for being head leprechaun and coordinating
Kellogg’s participation in this event, which drew more
than 120 people.
We also
had the pleasure of welcoming Dean Dipak Jain to Boston in
April. Many thanks to Michele Dangelo and her husband, Jim,
for opening their lovely home for an elegant reception. Brett
Huff and Scott Winslow, supported by Alla Grinshtat and Caty
Supper, were the top-notch team that pulled off a flawless
evening.
Several
KAC-Boston women enjoyed a dessert buffet and networking at
an event for women b-school graduates in May at Finale. Suzie
Rubin pulled together this sold-out event with alumnae from
over 10 schools.
Finally, it wasn’t Wrigley Field, but it was close.
John Ryan gathered 18 alumni to watch the Red Sox play the
White Sox in May. While Boston lost to the White Sox, a good
time was had by all enjoying great weather, cold drinks and
ballpark brats.
