I hope
the summer finds all of you reminiscing about days on the
lakefill and hanging out in downtown Chicago. Spring and summer
seem to find more folks outside and fewer people sending in
news. Send an e-mail or a postcard so there's more meat for
the next issue!

"the secret pulse of San Francisco's legendary café

As a last-ditch
effort in pursuit of more news, Tim Balfe came through with
some scoop. He and his wife, Bachis, and kids, Allan and Alex,
are living in Denver, and we had a close-to-editorial-deadline
dinner the other night with all the families. Ed Raftery's
bachelor party resounded, as did Ty Robert's launching of
yet another start-up, Tom Kalishman's move (back) to Atlanta,
and John Mankus' must-be-interesting life in Guadalajara,
Mexico.
Please
write with more news. Have a great summer!
