Amy Larson has been promoted to principal in the Chicago-based consulting firm Kuczmarski & Associates. Kuczmarski & Associates is one of the nation's foremost consulting firms specializing in helping companies accelerate growth through product and service innovation. In her new position, Larson will be a member of the senior management team and will continue to be involved in the implementation of all aspects of the firm's consulting services.

Aaron Rudberg recently joined Baird Private Equity as director of investor relations.
