Stoddard Crane writes: "I am delighted to announce both my retirement from General Mills/Darden Restaurants after 28 years of strategic development and corporate growth work and the creation of my new advisory firm, Crane Strategies LLC. After a career that includes banking and teaching as well, it seems a perfect time to apply my experience in helping organizations sharpened their strategic focus while leveraging their culture and people strengths. This will be a one-person show, working out of our empty-nested home in Minneapolis. My wife, Lucia, is doing well, and our college-graduated sons are happily employed with Target and Panel Intelligence in Boston, respectively."
