GIM
takes on the world
This year's
Global Initiatives in Management course continued the 11-year
tradition of using classroom theory to solve real-world business
challenges. Over 300 Kellogg students and their faculty advisers
traveled to 16 countries in March, focusing their skills on
research projects that explored issues such as socially responsible
business practices in Brazil and entry strategies for multinational
firms in China. During the two-week trips, they also met with
high-level officials from the corporate and political worlds.
As these pictures indicate, the students managed to have some
fun too. (Clockwise from top left: South Africa, Australia,
Vietnam and Thailand)
