The Kellogg Team and Group Research Center sponsors a two-year post-doctoral fellowship designed to facilitate a disciplinary scholar’s transition into research and teaching in the area of teams and groups in organizations. This program continues with the support of the Kellogg School's Dean, Sally Blount.
Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in a social science discipline prior to the beginning of the fellowship, and should have a research record (rather than a clinical focus). The fellow will participate in Kellogg’s internship program for the teams course, and then will be assigned to teach three sections of the course per year. Fellows are also invited to join in the ongoing research of faculty associated with KTAG and the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC), audit courses, and participate in Kellogg’s scholarly and applied seminars and workshops. Fellows will be provided unrestricted research funding each year and the salary is competitive. Northwestern University is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer.
The search for the next post-doctoral fellowship begins December 1, 2014 and the application deadline will be March 1, 2015.
