As our world continues to become increasingly interconnected, the value of a robust global network can neither be overstated nor overlooked. The Executive MBA (EMBA) at Kellogg is designed to not only provide top-tier education but also foster a global community of business leaders who understand how to leverage various perspectives and international opportunities.

As part of their transformative journey, EMBA students engage in cross-cultural collaboration learning opportunities to immerse themselves in international markets — observing and analyzing them up close and in real-time. Guided by local business experts, students gain invaluable insights and a deeper understanding of global dynamics and sharpen their international awareness preparing them to navigate the complexities of the global business landscape.

With six campuses around the world including Beijing, Hong Kong, Miami, Chicago, Toronto, and Vallendar–Düsseldorf, the EMBA Global Network is one of the largest and most immersive networks of its kind.

Global Network Week — A program hallmark

Each year, Executive MBA students from the entire EMBA Global Network come together for a week of intensive learning, networking and collaboration at the Evanston campus. During Global Network Week students participate in a variety of activities that challenge them to think globally and act locally. This annual gathering isn’t just about academic learning — it's about building lifelong connections.

This experience opens doors to new opportunities and provides both graduates and students with a deeper understanding of different cultures and business practices.

Whether you're looking to expand your business internationally, seeking innovative solutions to complex problems or simply wanting to broaden your horizons, the connections you make through the Kellogg Global Network are invaluable.

Brian Hamm ’25 Executive MBA Program

“Kellogg sets you up to be a leader and the classes have consistently challenged my perspective or approach. My notes are written in the context of my business and how I can make improvements. For example, during my crisis management course, I used the material to create a crisis management guideline for my department. The skills and networking you gain during the program will continue to propel your career forward long after graduation.”

George Khalife ’24 MBA

“Improved efficiency has been a major takeaway for me throughout the program, whether it's conducting meetings with clear agendas and goals or managing my responsibilities to various stakeholders. The program has also sharpened my collaboration skills, helping me amplify the voices that need to be heard and optimize our team’s efforts. These insights have allowed me to identify and address leadership gaps leading to immediate improvements.”
