Why Trust Is Key to Your Business: Lessons from Healthcare

Trust in Machines: Push the limits of technology while protecting customer trust

We depend more on technology and data to support business activity—but to what extent can we trust the networks that carry data and the way machines are programmed? We rely on longer and more distributed value chains—but to what degree can we trust every link in the chain? These kinds of trust issues are increasing for managers and consumers across every sector. Healthcare leaders, in particular, are facing trust challenges at every level. Panelists in this session will talk about how they have responded to these challenges and the application of their solutions to other sectors.
