Benjamin F. Jones’s research focuses largely on innovation and creativity, with recent work investigating the role of teamwork in innovation and the relationship between age and invention. He also studies global economic development, including the roles of education, climate, and national leadership in explaining the wealth and poverty of nations. In 2010–2011, he served as the senior economist for macroeconomics for the White House Council of Economic Advisers and earlier served in the U.S. Department of the Treasury. He is a research associate of the National Bureau of Economic Research and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Scott Dorsey currently serves as managing partner at High Alpha, a venture studio focused on conceiving, launching and scaling next generation enterprise cloud companies. Prior to High Alpha, he co-founded ExactTarget and led the company as CEO from start-up to global marketing software leader. Dorsey also serves on a number of non-profit boards in the community, including Chairman of the Indiana Sports Corp., Board and Executive Committee member of Techpoint, Board member of the ExactTarget Foundation, Dean’s Advisory Board at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing, Global Advisory Board at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and Emeritus Board member at Central Indiana Corporate Partnership. Additionally, he is the Chairman of Tinderbox. Dorsey is a graduate of Indiana University – Kelley School of Business and earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management.

Steve Greenspon is the founder and CEO of Honey-Can-Do International, a leading provider of home storage and organization products found in retailers throughout the world. Greenspon founded Honey-Can-Do in 2008 and has since acquired three additional companies. Honey-Can-Do is consistently recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in the housewares industry. It was listed at number 42 on the Inc. 500 list in 2012 and has been on the Inc. 5000 list every year from 2012 through 2016. Additionally, Honey-Can-Do has been on the Crain’s Chicago Business Fast 50 list in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Prior to founding Honey-Can-Do, Greenspon was an owner at LDR Industries, a provider of bath and plumbing products sold through the retail channel from 2001 through 2007. Greenspon received an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Northwestern University.

Nicole Staple is a co-founder and CEO of Brideside, the first online boutique to deliver on life’s most meaningful events, starting with the wedding vertical, and more specifically, the bridesmaid dress. She runs all finance & revenue generating operations, including sales, marketing and capital raising. Prior to founding Brideside, Nicole spent four years in healthcare investment banking and technology venture capital, where she supported large M&A transactions and growth investments. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where she was awarded The Women's Business Association Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College.
