Mohan Warrior split his company, Alfalight, into two businesses. He sold the nondefense business to Compound Photonics last quarter. He is still running the smaller but more profitable defense business. His wife Padmasree, chief tech and strategy officer at Cisco Systems, made the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women list for the second year in a row. The Warriors bought a new house in Palo Alto, Calif., and divide their time between Palo Alto and Chicago.
