After years as a school principal and superintendent, Mike Nekritz founded Felicity School, a private therapeutic special education school for students in grades 6-12. The school's business partnerships, support services and unique facilities are intended to "change the way we educate some of our most needy students."

Ravi Kaushik is enjoying being back in India working as the director of marketing, emerging markets for GE Healthcare's Maternal Infant Care segment. The job takes him around the world as he applies himself to new product development to save infant lives.
