Joonho Lee has taken a new job at L.E.K. Consulting as the head of Korean operations.

Magali Grand and her husband, Xavier Demierre, welcomed their third child on May 22, a girl named Emilie, to the great pleasure of her older brothers Adrien, 3, and Mathieu, 2. They moved from London to Geneva in July, and Magali enjoyed spending time by the lake during her maternity leave from GE Capital.

Andres Franco and Carolina Castillo welcomed their second son, Matias, on July 16 in Madrid, Spain. Older brother Alejandro, 5, is enjoying the addition to the family and helping Mom and Dad take care of the baby. Andrés leads Aquanima, the procurement provider of Santander Bank, and Carolina took a job looking after the fragrances business for L'Oreal in Spain.
