Philip Krone's firm, Productive Strategies Inc., has long offered a course called "FOCIS Discovery, Focused Presentation" to help business-to-business sellers improve their consultative selling skills and develop a custom sales process. This year, Productive Strategies developed a similar course for negotiations.
