He is in charge of a comprehensive range of activities in the U.K. market, including corporate cash management, electronic banking, liquidity management and treasury services. SG CIB, the Société Générale Group's corporate and investment banking arm, serves corporate clients and investors in 45 countries. Effective July 1, Thomas Knittel joined Novo Nordisk, a Danish company focused primarily on diabetes therapy. He is responsible for marketing and sales of two business units (endocrinology and gynecology) in Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

In September, Frank Krickelberg moved from Frankfurt to New York to join the European and Asian group of Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Bank as director. He will be in charge of relationships with American subsidiaries of large German groups. His kids attend the French-American School of New York.
