Dan E. Turnquist ’67 writes: “I am retiring from the U.S. Foreign Service after 35 years of service in Washington, Guadalajara, Mexico, Guatemala, Managua, Caracas, Stockholm, Paris, Brussels, Bonn, London and finally as diplomat in residence at the University of Michigan.”
