Mary Delaney will be leaving her position at Personified to be the CEO of Profilsoft (a CareerBuilder company). She will be responsible for building a global applicant-tracking technology business. Mike Hargis will assume Mary's responsibilities at Personified. Congratulations to both Mary and Mike.

Aparna Chiruvolu accepted a position as vice president of sales for a leading-edge solar engineering company called Noribachi, based in Albuquerque, N.M. Aparna says she's happy to still live in Los Altos Hills, Calif., with her husband and two children, Jay (10) and Mira (8). She also spent the past year renovating her home. Aparna, where do you find the time?
