Kimberly Paulus was promoted to general manager for Del Webb Operations. She oversees all sales and marketing activity, vendor management and construction operations and warranty, and drives the strategic direction for and management of brand deployment and growth. She directed the launch of the Del Webb brand in Houston.

Mariano Gonzalez has taken a new role as managing director at the Beige Group, a boutique investment banking firm in New York. In this role, he heads investment banking for Latin America. A big area of focus for him is opening an office in Brazil and commencing fundraising operations in both Mexico and Brazil.
