Seaphes Miller and wife Felicia were blessed with baby daughter Madison Ada-Grace Miller on Oct. 24.

Eric Lochner was named president, global talent management at Kenexa. He joined Kenexa in 2006 and, most recently, served as the company's chief marketing officer.

On Feb.3, the Consuls General of Germany and France announced the nomination of Denis Blackburne as Honorary Consul for France and Germany to Savannah, Ga. In this role, Denis will help and protect the French and German communities living or passing through the coastal area of Georgia. He will also work on strengthening cooperation in business and culture.

TinyDog CUPCAKE!, owned by Rob Mockard, has opened its doors at 616 Davis St. in Evanston. Rob is grateful for all the support that the new business has received from Kellogg and Northwestern-at-large.
