Chris Ksoll was named head of private wealth sales at The Private Bank. This is a unique role that brings together private banking, trust and investments, but also serves as a liaison to the commercial/middle market and commercial real estate groups. The goal is to provide every commercial client of The Private Bank with a professional and holistic private wealth experience. Karin Hensel just finished a practicum at the Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind in orientation and mobility. She started an internship at the VA Hospital Blind Rehab Unit in Tucson, Ariz., which lasts through May. The University of Arizona also offered her a grant to do further graduate work in the area of orientation and mobility for the visually impaired. Karin says she's loving the great winter temps of Arizona.

Susan Schauwecker enjoyed a Mediterranean cruise with her sister and niece last September. They cruised from Barcelona to Venice, stopping in Monaco, Florence, Rome, Sicily, Greece and Croatia. Sue's niece followed in her aunt's footsteps and graduated from University of Illinois with a master's in accounting and a CPA. On the trip, they celebrated the start of her new job with KPMG and Sue's 30 year anniversary with Grainger in September.

Adam Boris is the chief executive officer of ICNet Systems Inc.

After a long run as a shopping center owner/developer, John Bell has moved to the other side. He joined Starbucks Coffee Company as store development manager for mid-America and Midwest regions. John is actively developing new stores, drinking too much espresso and learning a whole lot about Arabica coffee beans. In his spare time, he's a partner at Redd Herring (redd-herring.com), an American bistro located in Clarendon Hills, Ill.

Some classmates got together last December for a fun evening at the Novickis.' The group included: Sangita and Subhash Desai, Judy and Joe Novicki, Marcia and Mike Warden, Clare and Dave Petersen, and John Kot and Laura Kramer.

Dave Bungum's son Sammy is a freshman at Notre Dame and played in the Fighting Irish Marching Band this past fall. Dave and his wife Michele were joined by former "Domer" Greg Irving, wife Karla and family at the Oct. 30 game. Rich Daly helped with the get together by providing tickets to the game.
