Bendee Anzures married Adam Gourley on Sept. 5 in La Jolla, Calif. She met Adam, small business owner of Wildfactory (wildfactory.com), on a girls' beach trip/vacation (including Christine Wu) in scenic Zihuatanejo, Mexico. To keep with the Mexican theme, the weekend festivities consisted of a beach day catered by a local taqueria and a margarita night. She was thankful to be surrounded by so many of her Kellogg friends on this special weekend, with 17 of her 2001 cohorts representing, as well as friends from various other years (old UCLA friend Sherri Kim Symson '03 and former SF roommate Ky Vu '00 to name a few). She was especially privileged to have Gurmeet Ahluwalia emcee the wedding, and sweet Al Liu end the evening with a special nostalgic karaoke performance ("Wild Thing," followed by an encore of Flashdance's "What a Feeling") — perhaps one of his last of his public performances as we approach our 10-year reunion. The couple split their honeymoon time between the Amalfi Coast, Italy, and San Sebastian, Spain. They now live in Malibu, Calif.
