Babatunde Omotoba named minister of aviation
Kellogg School alumnus Babatunde Omotoba '03 was named minister of aviation in December in his native country of Nigeria.
In this new position, Omotoba is responsible for the formulation and management of aviation policies in Nigeria. He will oversee air transportation, airport development, and maintenance and aviation infrastructure services.
Previously, Omotoba was a director at Africa Finance Corporation, a multi-billion-dollar investment fund established to fuel economic development across Africa. Omotoba also worked for several years post-Kellogg as vice president of Smith Whiley & Company's private equity division in Evanston.
