Grant Spellmeyer has accepted the position of director of external affairs for US Cellular. He is responsible for coordinating the federal and state legislative and regulatory matters for US Cellular, the nation's sixth-largest wireless carrier. He will be relocating from Madison, Wis., to Chicago.
