Marcus Jundt wrote that he is the new CEO of Kona Grill. Marcus also reports that Kirk Patterson is a director there.

John Chiminski is currently running the Global MRI Business for GE Healthcare and still lives in Wisconsin. John and his family recently bought a house on a farm and now have four barn cats in addition to their two dogs. The children are now 12, 8 and 6, and are really enjoying life in the country!

Long-lost Joan Barr has been found. Joan sent lots of updates since many of us haven't heard from her since graduation. Joan wrote that her first husband died in 1998, and that she has been happily remarried since 2004. Joan also reported that she retired in 2001. She and her new husband now divide their time between New Hampshire, the Florida panhandle, and Evanston. They have four grandsons between them, with ages ranging from 18 months to five years. Joan is also going to deacon school for the Episcopal Church, and she expects to be ordained a year from February. Joan now uses the name Joan Barr Smith (her husband is Wayne Smith). Her e-mail address remains the same.

Karl Saunders recently returned from Rio de Janeiro, where he was awarded a gold medal at the world championship of Brazilian jiu jitsu. Karl is training at the Renzo Gracie Academy in New York. He also spent a week training in Brazil under Rafael Gordinho Correo de Lima.

Chuck Brynelsen reports that he is enjoying life in California, although his family is still recovering from Menlo Park sticker shock. Chuck also reported that both of his kids are in the Midwest starting careers and that he's enjoying his work, particularly new activities such as raising capital, and feels he has a great opportunity to make an impact on the obesity epidemic.
