1991 — Part-Time

Christopher Lockhart, president of the Lockhart Group in Dayton, Ohio, has shifted his career objectives, leaving the investment banking ranks to further the fortunes of a recent client, dotStaff LLC. Chris found the uniquely designed staffing optimization company to have a tremendous value proposition for clients and vendors alike. He is on the board of dotStaff and actively working with U.S. companies to implement the dotStaff solution into their labor procurement operations.

Kristin Grundmann writes: "After 15 years of professional management in finance in the corporate world, it seemed just right to take a 'time-out.' No more getting up at six in the morning, no more hurrying to airports and frantically reading e-mails at the most inconvenient times and places. And while I miss my colleagues and teams, I definitely enjoy having more time for friends, family and long-neglected dreams. 'House construction' is currently topping our list of favorite things to do — new, different and (so far!) lots of fun."

Cathy Tobben has joined Harris Bank Winnetka as a vice president and private banker. In this role, Cathy is responsible for providing customized banking and lending solutions to affluent personal and business clients as part of an overall wealth management strategy. Cathy resides in Evanston, Ill., with her husband and son.
