The Kellogg Alumni Club of the Philippines began this year's activities with a talk by Department of Trade and Industry Secretary Cesar A. V. Purisima '83. Cesar outlined the reasons he accepted the invitation to join the president's cabinet, and why he believes the Philippines will overcome its current difficulties. We had great attendance and look forward to lots of activities focusing on leadership and community.

Upcoming activities include a presentation by Dave Balangue '77, chairman of the SGV accounting firm and president of the Management Association of the Philippines, and a joint event with Harvard Business School, Wharton, Columbia and Stanford.
