TMP 2001

Ron Lafferty and wife Jill are the happy parents of a beautiful little girl, Olivia Marie, and a strapping lad, Mitchell Gary, born July 1. Ron has this to say: “Jill and I are adjusting well to life in England and to parenthood. We’d love to meet any Kellogg grads living in the U.K.

Mark Verschuur TMP '01 with wife Dusanka and new son Nathan

Mark Verschuur married Dusanka Citovic in 2002 and welcomed son Nathan in 2003. Mark and his family currently live in Chicago.

Jean Lawrence and her husband Pete welcomed their second son Connor on Dec. 5. Jean is doing part-time consulting work, and otherwise enjoys staying home with Connor and his brother Kevin.

Kevin S. Johnson writes: “I was glad to read in the last Kellogg World that some of the ‘99 China GIM group has gotten together for a reunion dinner. I also read about George Monical TMP ‘00 working at Virgin Mobile in Sydney. Just to confirm, it does say ‘The Prophet’ on his Virgin business card. I too work in Sydney, for Bain & Co., and at the moment am working out of the same building as Virgin Mobile. (My client owns the building.) George, his wife Amy, my wife Kim and I get together from time to time. It is great to have an alum this far from home. Kim and I have been in Sydney for two years now. While I graduated TMP 2001, I always watch class alumni 2000 updates as many of my Kellogg friends graduated in 2000. The Papes are moving to Slovakia! What a change that will be from Lincoln Park! I suggest the next China GIM trip reunion dinner be held in Sydney. With the strong Asian influence, Sydney has fantastic and quite authentic Chinese cuisine.” Reach Kevin at kevin.johnson@bain.com.
