EMP-23

At least one study group from EMP-23 is still earning extra credit by continuing to meet occasionally ─ despite being scattered across the country. Evanston, in fact, was the rally site recently for Jeff Conmy, Bill Hare, Jeff Fletcher, Joe O’Leary and Jeff Pearsall -- proving there’s plenty to talk about even without case packets and problem sets!

Also, from the same study group, I’ve learned that Steve Strongin and Ann Deters continue to utilize perspectives gained from their Allen Center days. Steve maintains his long involvement with Goldman Sachs in New York, providing research and advice to the investment community. Ann has a couple of operating businesses in motion, one which deals with establishing and managing ambulatory surgery centers. Some fellow classmates serve as board members for one of the companies. Now that’s a group that works together!
