Roger “Biff” Ruttenberg, a founding principal of Atlas Partners LLC, a Chicago-based real estate consulting firm whose registered slogan is “the real estate department for companies that do not want to be in the real estate business ... but are,” has just completed a three-year term as an international, at-large director of the Turnaround Management Association.
