After checking my symptoms online, I optimistically concluded that this hematuria, as it’s known, was due to vigorous exercise irritating my big prostate. To keep my sanity, I started a diary. I hope you enjoy the following excerpts, and the ensuing postscript, and that they help you during your own healthcare journeys.
