As COVID-19 cases grew in early March 2020, New York City officials had to decide swiftly what actions to employ. Estimates on the projected number of infections, the required hospital and ICU beds, and the estimated deaths under different scenarios varied widely. The students are asked to put themselves in a planner's shoes to make recommendations for the city.
