About the center

The Center for International Macroeconomics (CIM) aims to promote fundamental research in international macroeconomics. Faculty fellows are selected from Northwestern University's Economics Department and Kellogg School of Management.

The center hosts regular conferences and invites prominent scholars to deliver lectures. Additionally, CIM organizes a week-long Advanced Workshop for Central Bankers, supports faculty research, and offers fellowships to students pursuing studies in international macroeconomics.

Martin Eichenbaum and Sergio Rebelo are the co-directors of the CIM.
