Jim Woodrum
Jim Woodrum is a Clinical Professor at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, with a focus on designing and teaching in Executive Education programs for senior executives and Board members. He has been at Kellogg since 2013.
Before joining Kellogg, Jim was with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he taught leadership and organization behavior classes in the Evening and Executive MBA program, and also taught executive education courses on strategy, leadership and talent management.
Prior to joining UW--Madison, Jim spent more than 20 years with Hewitt Associates, an international human resources consulting and outsourcing firm, where he worked with senior management teams and Boards on executive compensation and other corporate governance matters.
Jim earned a B.S. in finance from Millikin University as well as an MBA in finance and industrial relations from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
