Molly Weinstein
Molly Weinstein is an Adjunct Lecturer of Management and Organizations at Kellogg, where she is currently pursuing a PhD. Her research uses qualitative, ethnographic, and narrative methods to explore how people experience and make meaning of their work and careers, particularly during times of personal, organizational, or occupational change.
Prior to pursuing her doctorate, Molly worked as a corporate social responsibility consultant and a nonprofit advisor. In this role, she created, ran, and scaled pro bono programs that aligned the operating needs of nonprofits with the expertise of corporate professionals. Molly spearheaded over 400 cross-sector collaborations, generating upwards of $3.5 million dollars in value for social sector agencies. She regularly presented on corporate social responsibility and nonprofit trends at a number industry conferences and in-house training sessions for nonprofits and companies alike. Molly received her BA in history and political science from Tufts University in 2014.

This course provides students with the social science tools needed to solve organizational problems and influence the actions of individuals, groups and organizations. It prepares managers to understand how to best organize and motivate the human capital of the firm, manage social networks and alliances, and execute strategic change. This is accomplished through knowledge of competitive decision making, reward system design, team building, strategic negotiation, political dynamics, corporate culture and strategic organizational design.
