Tiana is a sought-after speaker, panelist, and contributor for organizations such as The Tory Burch Foundation, Upwork, Amazon Web Services, The Urban League, Microsoft, and more. She's been featured in several publications, including The New York Times, and The Economist.
As a global corporate tech leader, she created her own positions at two Fortune Top 10 companies, including building Microsoft's first-ever and best-in-class U.S. Services Sales University. She also served on the Blacks at Microsoft Chicago leadership team.
She holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in African-American studies.
Tiana S. Clark grew up orphaned in the murder capital of the world and harnessed her innate power to manifest her trajectory. She has always had the audacity to make her own way, defy the odds, and follow her inner wisdom, and she empowers others to do the same.
She audaciously joined the military when people laughed at her and said she was too girly. As a former military intelligence sergeant, she's flown an F-15 fighter jet over England, briefed international generals at the Pentagon, led U.S. war target strategy, and won Airman of the Year - the most prestigious award.
As an at-risk public-school teacher, she empowered the 8th grader who "couldn't read and flunked twice" to step into his power as the smartest kid in the class.
As a mom of four—and with no prior filmmaking experience –she created and executive-produced a Hollywood-award-winning web series to teach children to be more confident and inclusive.
As a nonprofit founder, her organization received an award from Big Brothers Big Sisters for recruiting hundreds of mentors for their long waiting list of underserved youth.
Tiana currently serves on two school boards, K-8 & Higher Ed; is an Adjunct Professor of Executive Education at Northwestern University Kellogg Sales Institute; and is the founder of Audacious Academy, a career advisory program empowering corporate professionals of color to reclaim their greatness and own their careers with audacity.
