Stephanie is a passionate and engaging Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant who maximizes talent to achieve business goals. Leveraging her degree in Industrial Engineering and decades of HR expertise, Stephanie is disciplined about identifying opportunities and solving problems at the core. Incorporating a strong analytical approach with her interpersonal and organizational savvy, Stephanie brings deeper insights and thought leadership that strengthen leaders and teams.

Known for her authentic approach, Stephanie convenes diverse groups to deepen their relationships and build team effectiveness. She establishes trust quickly to accelerate the identification of issues and articulate pathways to results. In addition to large multi-nationals, Stephanie has worked with Founder/CEOs and executives of small businesses and non-profits to build and grow strong leaders and leadership acumen.

Stephanie primarily coaches alumni on the following career situations:

Most recently, Stephanie served as Talent Director at General Mills delivering succession planning, talent and performance management, and organizational design services for the North American segment. Over the past 20 years, she has held senior human resource positions translating business strategy into HR strategy across functions and businesses worldwide. Prior to her roles in Human Resources, Stephanie served as a manufacturing engineer at General Mills facilities in Iowa and Illinois.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her MBA from Kellogg School of Management. She is certified in the Hogan Leadership Inventory. Stephanie lives in Edina, Minnesota with her husband and 3 daughters.
