Carla Edelston spent 25+ years at Kellogg as a career development coach and joined our coaching team to leverage her vast experience in this field. Providing strategic career guidance at each step, her approach involves encouraging self-reflection, identifying and articulating strengths, developing a personal brand, sharing tips on networking and practicing interview skills.
Carla has worked with students and alumni from a broad range of career, educational and cultural backgrounds whose industry interests included among others-- consulting, healthcare, general management, manufacturing, and technology. Many of her clients are career changers who need to build a bridge from their past or current role to the roles they are seeking. She also has a special focus on international job seekers and the additional challenges they may face in reaching their job search goals.

Carla is a graduate of the University of Michigan and enjoys exercising, cooking, Great Danes and her grandchildren.
