Delivering innovative climate solutions
Through partnerships with governments, businesses and global organizations, we create real-world impact in delivering solutions that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build resilience to climate impact, ensuring a prosperous future for all.
Developing climate leaders
The Abrams Climate Academy is a year-long experiential learning program that provides students with a toolkit for leading climate action within an organization. Through classroom deep dives, guest lectures from industry experts, collaborative workshops and mentorships, the fellowship deepens students’ understanding of the climate crisis.
Creating a community of change agents
The Abrams Climate Academy will create a community of climate change agents who will center their careers in sustainability and climate action across industries. Graduate students fast-track their growth and collaborate with other sustainability professionals and industry leaders to solve the most pressing challenges of our time.
Convening leaders
The annual Climate Action Summit, a key event in the Academy’s calendar, will bring together students, corporate leaders and the Northwestern sustainability community. This capstone event will feature a panel on innovative climate solutions and provide opportunities for networking, collaboration and driving positive change.
