ISS Dilution Data

ISS (formerly MSCI IRRC and RiskMetrics) collects information on year-end outstanding grants, weighted average exercise price of options outstanding, and weighted average contractual life of outstanding options, as well as information on new grants and option exercises. ISSM Transactions File Database

The ISSM transactions file databases provide tick-by-tick data covering the NYSE and AMEX between 1983 and 1992, and NASDAQ between 1987 and 1992.
