Application Process for Full-Time Students
Know when you need to submit your application for a Full-Time Exchange Program
Applications for the Full-Time Exchange Program will be done in two rounds. If you are highly interested in a particular school(s), we recommend that you apply during Round 1. We cannot guarantee that all partner schools will have spaces available for Round 2. Typically, several schools close during Round 1.
Note: Students interested in studying abroad during the Fall term must apply during Round 1.

Additional information regarding information sessions, including the location, will be posted on the Campus Groups calendar, as well as sent to the student listserv at least one week in advance.
Application process
Full-Time students may apply to a maximum of three schools per round. Each application will be considered on its own merit in comparison with the other applications for that particular school. Applying to multiple schools does not affect your chances of being assigned to your first choice

Submit your application for Kellogg's MBA Exchange Program.*
The application portal will be opened at least 48 hours prior to the application deadline. This helps cut down on duplicate submissions in the event applicants forget they have already completed the survey or they change their minds about which programs they want to apply for.
Materials for submission
Your application submission should include the following:
- Current Resume
- 2-3 minute Video - School-specific (one video submission for each school you are applying to)*
- 2 Short Essays (max of 200 words each) - General
*Instructions on what platform to record your video are linked above and on the application portal
Prompts
2-3 minute Video: How do you think studying abroad at this particular school and/or in this particular country will impact you personally, academically, and in your future career?
Short Essay 1: Share a formative experience that you have had with a different culture. How did this experience change your views on people, business, community, or society?
Short Essay 2: Many students hope to study abroad during their time at Kellogg and it can be a competitive application. Why will the exchange experience be especially meaningful for you?
A Note About Your Video and Essays
Please do not underestimate the importance of the video and short essay questions. They can be very important in determining inclusion in the exchange program.
The more specifics you can provide in your responses, the more informed our placement decisions will be.
We take a holistic approach to reviewing applications; only in certain circumstances (example: tie breakers) will GPA be considered.
