Get ready to elevate your career in the vibrant heart of Miami. Kellogg is excited to announce the expansion of our nondegree Executive Education programs at our dynamic Miami campus. This range of innovative, in-person courses will empower professionals and elevate their careers in today’s fast-changing business landscape.

This expansion represents triple the number of courses offered in Miami versus previous years.  

Conveniently located four miles from Miami International Airport in Coral Gables, Florida, the Kellogg Miami Campus draws students from throughout the U.S. and Latin America, making it an ideal setting for studying global leadership. 

Here, students experience the same rigorous curriculum and world-class faculty that Kellogg is renowned for, all while enjoying the unique cultural and economic opportunities that Miami has to offer.

Upcoming courses cover a breadth of topics within marketing, leadership, family enterprises and business growth, including:  

  • Women’s Senior Leadership Program: With an emphasis on practical learning and talent development, this multifaceted, strategically paced hybrid program immerses participants in the knowledge and tools needed to elevate leaders to the C-suite and beyond. This is ideal for senior leaders or executives committed to supporting the development of senior women leaders in their organization. Program begins with Module 1, January 27-30, 2025.
  • Forming Family Enterprise Governance: Engage with faculty from the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises for leadership insights on governance architecture and effective decision making to support a vision that will guide multigenerational continuity. February 11 & February 17-21, 2025.

  • Governing Family Enterprises: Join peers from leading family-run organizations to learn how family governance can help sustain business continuity, family unity and commitment. March 4 & March 10-14, 2025.
  • The Customer-Focused Organization: Drawing from the world-class faculty and thought leaders of Kellogg who have created and led customer-focused organizations, you’ll learn successful approaches to leading with less formal authority and building brands that play a meaningful role in consumers’ lives. May 19-22, 2025.
