Julie Hennessy ’82 is a Clinical Professor of Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Professor Hennessy’s MBA and Executive teaching focuses on the development of marketing strategies to enhance long-term competitive advantage and profitability. She works frequently with technology-driven firms that desire to become more customer-centric, in both new product/services and mature product/services categories. At Kellogg, she teaches both Introduction to Marketing and Advanced Marketing Strategy courses at the MBA and Executive level. Recent Executive teaching assignments have included work with General Electric, American Express, Microsoft, Diamond Consulting, Bausch and Lomb, Microsoft and Sony.

Professor Hennessy has been a regular recipient of teaching awards at the Kellogg School. In 2007, she received the Lawrence G. Lavengood Outstanding Professor of the Year Award, Kellogg’s top award for teaching quality and impact, as voted by the Kellogg graduating class. Professor Hennessy has also been recognized by her academic department, winning the Marketing Department’s Core Course Teaching award in 2007, 2005, 2002 and 2000. Professor Hennessy’s writing concentrates on cases for classroom use. Recent cases that she has written include studies of TiVo, Apple iPod, Invisalign Orthodontics, and Biaxin and Zithromax in the antibiotics market.
Harry M. Kraemer, Jr. ’79 is a Clinical Professor of Management and Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 2008, Kellogg students honored Professor Kraemer with the L.G. Lavengood Outstanding Professor of the Year Award for teaching quality and impact. He teaches a course called “Managerial Leadership” to help students understand the character, characteristics and challenges of leadership in various organizational settings. A central theme of the course is the critical importance of values based leadership in today’s world.
In addition to teaching at Kellogg, Mr. Kraemer actively engages in business, education and civic affairs. He is an Executive Partner with Madison Dearborn, a private equity firm based in Chicago, and the former Chairman and CEO of Baxter International Inc., a $9 billion global healthcare company. He serves on the board of directors of Science Applications International Corporation and Sirona Dental Systems GmbH, and on the board of trustees of Lawrence University, Northwestern University, the Conference Board and Evanston Northwestern Healthcare. He is a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board of Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, the Dean’s Advisory Board of Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and the Advisory Board of LEK Consulting. He is a member of the Business Council, the Commercial Club of Chicago, the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, the Executives Club of Chicago and the Economics Club of Chicago. Mr. Kraemer enjoys jogging, tennis, skiing and reading, especially world civilization. He and his wife Julie live in Wilmette, IL with their five children.
Michelle L. Buck is a of Management and Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She has previously served as the School’s first Director of Leadership Initiatives from 2006 to 2013, designing and coordinating opportunities for personal leadership development to complement the School’s academic curriculum. She has also served as academic director of numerous Kellogg executive programs, including partnership programs with Fundacao dom Cabral in Brazil, and programs for Latin American executives with Seminarium. Professor Buck has worked with private, public, family business, and nonprofit organizations including Banco de Mexico, Baxter International, Chicago Public Schools, Ernst & Young, the FBI, HP, Mitsui, YPO Latin America, and Zurich Insurance. She previously taught at Washington University in St. Louis and at McGill University in Montreal, where she won “Professor of the Year” awards at both schools, and has a PhD in Social Psychology from Princeton University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Professor Buck’s commitment in all of her work is to inspire and empower others to unleash new possibilities for themselves, for others and the communities in which they find themselves. Her work focuses on designing innovative, inspiring, and important learning experiences that transform lives by providing purpose, passion, and possibility.
Dr. Nicholas Pearce serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Management & Organizations and academic director of the MSMS Russell Fellows Program at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. His research examines values-driven leadership, diversity & inclusion, collaboration, and change in organizations around the world.
As a professor, executive adviser, and leadership coach, he has served several of the world's premier for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Dr. Pearce is committed to serving the community, serving on the boards of the Chicago Community Trust's African American Legacy Fund, the Chicago Faith & Leadership Consortium, and Ignite Progress. He is a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago and has been honored for excellence and promise as a scholar and leader by several organizations, including the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Mustard Seed Foundation, Wentcher Foundation, National Black MBA Association, and Union League Club of Chicago. Dr. Pearce holds the Ph.D. in Management & Organizations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and the S.B. in Chemical Engineering & Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with a concentration in Religious Studies earned in conjunction with the Harvard Divinity School.

Becky Abraham is a Senior Consultant and Product Manager with CEB’s Sales & Marketing Effectiveness Solutions team, overseeing project teams in the implementation of Challenger™ within B2B sales organizations. Her experience involves working closely with heads of both sales and marketing organizations to implement manager and sales representative development programs, insight-based sales and marketing collateral, with a focus on increased commercial effectiveness.
As a professor, executive adviser, and leadership coach, he has served several of the world's premier for-profit and non-profit organizations.
Becky joined CEB in 2004, and has held various roles across CEB, including: Account Director for the CFO Executive Board, New Product Development Director for the Finance Practice, and Product Manager for CEB Shared Services Leadership Council.
Becky received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and graduated cum laude from Duke University. She works in CEB’s Chicago office. She is a slow and steady runner, enjoys photography, and faithfully cheers on the Duke Blue Devils every basketball season.
Kristin Barber is Appian's Regional Vice President and is responsible for the New York team's sales
efforts in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, and broad markets. Kristin has spent her career working with and advising Fortune 500 Executives and companies and received the Champion's Circle Award in 2015 for highest bookings. At Appian, Kristin is the President of the Women's Leadership
Program. Kristin received her B.A with honors in Economic Sociology from Bates College and currently lives in Manhattan.
Colleen Desmond joined BCG in 2009 as an Associate after graduating from Notre Dame and retuned in the Consultant role in 2014 following the completion of her MBA at Kellogg. She has worked across a number of functional areas including Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Operations with significant experience in Healthcare and Public / Non-Profit Sectors. Colleen has extensive experience in social
impact work beyond BCG casework. She was an Education Pioneers Fellow and worked at Bellwether Education Partners in Washington DC where she focused on early education policy. She also served as a
WorldTeach teacher in Namibia. Outside of work, Colleen enjoys checking off and adding to her endless travel bucket list, trying new workouts via ClassPass and cheering on her alma maters!
Kim DePuy is responsible for the business and people operations for Appian’s Professional Services group. In this capacity, she is responsible for resource management, professional development and financial analysis. Prior to joining Appian in 2014, Kim held similar positions at Schiff Hardin Strategic Advisers and Robbins Gioia, LLC. She also has program management and marketing experience with companies such as Bank of America and Mattel. Kim holds a B.F.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Charisse Ford is a strong business leader with extensive knowledge in global branding, category management, and digital strategy. She possesses a wide-range of retail knowledge and tactical execution. She understands how collaborative and effective partnerships create a more strategic combination of marketing and branding efforts across an organization.

Reporting to the President, PANDORA Americas, Charisse leads all aspects of consumer, retail and digital brand marketing as well as oversight of local execution.
Prior to joining PANDORA Americas, Charisse served as a Sr. Vice President for Estee Lauder Companies leading the Estee Lauder brand. Prior to Estee Lauder, she was employed with Avon where she led the marketing initiatives for global skincare and specialty bath and value fragrances.
Charisse holds a MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from Howard University. Currently, Charisse is a Board Advisor for T3 Micro, a for-profit hair devices company.
Bridget Haimberger is currently a Regional Vice President at Appian Corporation and is responsible for the Southeast's sales efforts in Financial Services, Healthcare, and broad markets. Having started as a Sales Executive in the region, she was named Appian's 2015 Sales Executive of the Year. Prior to joining Appian, Bridget was a Sales Director for a VC-backed tech start up, AnyPresence, leading enterprise software sales for the East Coast.
Bridget started her career as an Associate Director with the Corporate Executive Board
where she helped grow worldwide sales for the CFO Executive Board and launch the Finance Leadership Exchange, a service for CFOs at mid-market companies, achieving consecutive quarters and years of quota attainment. She left to attend business school at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she completed an internship in brand management for Johnson & J
ohnson.

member of the Junior League of Nashville and alumni interviewer for the Kellogg School of Management.
A former D1 National Champion lacrosse player, Bridget received a BA in government from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University where she was Chair of the 2011 Women's Leadership Workshop and recipient of the Dean's Distinguished Service Award.
Dominique Harris ’14 is an Associate in A.T. Kearney’s Chicago office. She began her career at A.T. Kearney as a Business Analyst straight from undergrad at Vanderbilt University. After gaining four years of consulting experience across various industries, she decided to pursue a full time MBA at Kellogg in 2012 through the firm’s scholar program. Since returning to A.T. Kearney, Dominique has worked on projects in consumer products and retail and transportation and has managed global teams focused on cost reduction initiatives. She is an active member of A.T. Kearney’s African American Network, Women’s Network, and supports the firm’s recruiting efforts at Kellogg. Outside of work, Dominique enjoys working out at Soulcycle and Orange Theory, as well as spending time with her siblings.
Terry Robinson has spent her career in the Pharma/Biotech industry fostering numerous strategic collaborations with the largest US chain drug stores and wholesalers, integrated health systems, global pharmaceutical companies, and academic institutions, bringing business and scientific leaders together to
help develop better treatments which support better patient outcomes. Terry brings over 25 years of health care experience as a B2B sales and strategic leader working for Eli Lilly and Company,
Amgen, Inc. and Catalent Pharma Solutions. Terry is currently lead
ing the Pharma sales team in North America for Appian Corporation.
